Connections 2.5 Preview - Social Profiles

It’s all about you, and it should be! You want to keep your Lotus Connections network completely informed on your whereabouts and daily happenings. But more importantly, you want people to be able to converse with you, whether it’s about a meeting in the afternoon or about your recent trip to Brazil. So we’ve added a few things to the Profile we think you will enjoy.



You can now add your own status messages, a la Twitter / Facebook / others. When you update your status, it gets added to your Buzz, where other people can comment on your status or leave you messages. As you’ll see in the next entry, your Buzz also feeds the Home Page of people subscribed to you and people in your network. Get talking!
