What kinds of education do you need for Lotus Connections?

Our team is thinking about our breadth of education materials that we offer and looking to see what's missing. We currently have a set of information available online and for free, such as

• Product Documentation / InfoCenter - Includes planning, installation, deployment and basic usage
• The Lotus Connections Wiki - Covers a variety of development and administration topics, security, getting started using Connections,
• Lotus Connections Reviewers Guide - An in depth look at the features and how they work
• and a host of information on DeveloperWorks, demos, and articles on specialized topics.
  

We also have a course you can enroll in on Implementing Lotus Connections.  We'd like to know what kinds of classes would you want to take on Connections? Would you favor an online or in person class on the topic you propose?
