I am currently the Senior Product Manager for Lotus Connections, a social software offering targeted at businesses and organizations. In this role, I work to define the product strategy, drive the product requirements, and publicize the product through demonstrations and presentations at numerous industry events. I hold an MBA with a concentration in Human Factors in Information Design, and I have a strong interest in collaboration technologies and personal and business productivity tools.  Check out my site.

      Joe Russo

I am a product designer and developer on Lotus Connections, focusing on People through the Profiles and Communities applications. Previously I was a Senior Software Engineer, Administration and Security Architect on Quickplace. I have spent the better part of the last two decades in server and UI development. I hold a degree in Electrical Engineering.

      David Brooks

I am currently a lead architect for Lotus Connections. As part of Lotus Connections I have had many roles in the organization including leading the development of Dogear, Activities, and Communities. I am passionate about designing and building software that is used to change how people get work done. It is always fun to watch the viral adoption.
